Helps eligible students with the cost of their post-secondary education through loans, grants, scholarships, and other programs. Also offers programs for borrowers who needs help repaying loans. Offers a variety of financial assistance services for students with disabilities, students with dependents, Indigenous students, and low-income individuals. The Adult Upgrading Grant supports students enrolled in skills upgrading or education training courses including adult basic education, adult special education, and English as a second language. The program is needs-based; call for eligibility requirements. Hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Automated phone system provides loan status updates and recorded information 24 hours per day.
