Seniors' Community Outreach Services provides individual and small group support for seniors age 55 and over with social prescribing needs. The Keeping Connected Special Services is a volunteer team that helps alleviate social isolation of seniors with a cheerful phone call, a home visit, suggestions for activities, or a ride to a medical appointment (one week's notice required). Office hours are 8:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
