  Provides transit services (Blue Buses) under contract to TransLink for the District of West Vancouver. Serves West Vancouver, as well as Capilano University, downtown Vancouver, Horseshoe Bay, Lions Bay, North Vancouver, and University of British Columbia (UBC) campus. Fares and schedules available online. Bus travel within West Vancouver and the lower mainland requires a one-zone fare; transferring from the bus onto the SeaBus or SkyTrain requires additional fare purchase. Children ages 12 and under can ride TransLink services free of charge. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

  Responsible for coordination of leisure and recreation programs, field bookings, culture activities, and supervision and rental of facilities in the district. Offers fitness, educational, and social activities for children, youth, families, and older adults, as well as for individuals with special needs. Recreation Financial Assistance Program (RFAP) provides discounted program fees and free admissions for residents of West Vancouver in financial need. Leisure Access Card grants free access for one support person, to accompany a person requiring extra support due to disability, significant illness, or a long-lasting condition.

  Provides transportation to adults and seniors ages 55 and up in West Vancouver, giving seniors the opportunity to access the Seniors' Activity Centre, local businesses, and doctors' offices.

  Provides transportation to adults and seniors ages 55 and up in West Vancouver, giving seniors the opportunity to access the Seniors' Activity Centre, local businesses, and doctors' offices. Drivers can provide support for clients with dementia, and help with vehicle entry or exit. Transportation is by bus, and can accommodate personal attendants, walkers, wheelchairs, scooters, and service animals, depending on the vehicle; call first to verify. Service hours are 9 am to 3:45 pm Tuesday to Saturday. There are designated pick-up and drop-off points within West Vancouver; however, riders can flag down the bus at safe pull-over locations, and request drop-off at any location on route, as long as it is safe. Route runs from Park Royal at Taylor Way to 25th Street at Dundarave; also serves Amica, Kiwanis, and Sea Strand. Passengers with special requests for pickup, or with irregular route pickup requests, should call during service hours at least a day before to book a ride. Advance notice is required for cancelling special request or irregular route trips. Multiple appointments may be booked in one trip, and booking of regular trips is permitted. Schedule available online. A donation of $3 per person per trip is recommended; tax receipts are available for donations of $25 or more. Clients pay directly for each trip. Service provided in English. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.

  Seniors' Community Outreach Services provides individual and small group support for seniors age 55 and over with social prescribing needs.

  Seniors' Community Outreach Services provides individual and small group support for seniors age 55 and over with social prescribing needs. The Keeping Connected Special Services is a volunteer team that helps alleviate social isolation of seniors with a cheerful phone call, a home visit, suggestions for activities, or a ride to a medical appointment (one week's notice required). Office hours are 8:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
