Supporting Older Adults through Recreation (SOAR)

Provides recreational activities and social connection for socially isolated seniors living in the qathet region. Services include exercise activities such as chair yoga, luncheons, and more. Offered in partnership with United Way BC (UWBC). Office hours are 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday.
