Provides seven units of second-stage housing for women (inclusive of cisgender and transgender women) and non-binary individuals, with or without children, who are re-establishing themselves after abuse. Offers a a mix of one-bedroom plus loft, two-bedroom, and single loft and bachelorette suites. Accepts male children up to 18 years of age. Tenancies are up to 18 months during which residents are encouraged and supported to heal and grow through access to IWAV programs. Rent is a flat rate that is lower than market.
