Transitions

Assessment and treatment services for adults living in Richmond dealing with substance use and/or mental health concerns, including mood and anxiety issues, utilizing a harm reduction framework. Offers screening, assessment, individual and group counselling, psychiatric assessment, and advocacy and referral. Educational support for people who are impacted by a family member's substance use is available. Acupuncture is also available. Referral required from a health professional for mental health counselling; self-referrals are accepted for substance use counselling and concurrent mental health and substance use. Serves Richmond. Service may be available in Cantonese and Mandarin, depending on staff availability. Free interpretation service is available for various languages. Hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday; evening appointments are also available on Tuesdays. Walk in hours are 9:30 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
