Provides same-day access to urgent care and primary care for people living in Bowen Island, Lions Bay, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver. Offers patients access to a team of healthcare professionals for immediate care, and ongoing care through referrals to a range of community services and supports. Urgent care services deal with illnesses and injuries that should be addressed by a healthcare provider within 12 to 24 hours but do not require the level of service or expertise found in an emergency department. Also provides services to patients including the frail elderly, people with mental health and substance use concerns, and patients unattached to a physician. Hours are 8 am to 10 pm Monday to Saturday, and 9 am to 5 pm on Sunday. Offered in partnership with the Ministry of Health and North Shore Division of Family Practice.
