Provides housing support and referrals for individuals, couples, and families who have lost their housing, are seeking shelter admission, or are staying outside, people who are currently housed who may be facing eviction, and people who are marginally housed. Provides help to find alternatives to the shelter system. When alternatives are unavailable, will offer placements into shelters in the Vernon area, considering needs and wraparound supports available. Also offers financial support with transportation costs to return to natural supports. Drop-ins are welcome. Serves Vernon. Hours are 11 am to 3 pm Tuesdays at the Gateway Services Building.
