Provides up to a maximum of $3,000 to victims of a serious crime and immediate family members of victims to facilitate travel to criminal justice proceedings taking place in BC that are more than 100 kilometers away from the victim's home. The criminal justice proceeding must be expected to impact the outcome, disposition, or results of the proceeding. May assist with travel funding where expenses are not covered by Crown Counsel, Crime Victim Assistance Program, or any other source. Applications can be submitted online. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
