Service Description

Provides free, confidential, multilingual phone information and referral about community resources for victims of crime, as well as immediate crisis support to victims of family and sexual violence, including victims of human trafficking exploited for labour or sexual services. Help line staff provide emotional and crisis support; referral to victim services, transition houses, counselling resources, and community services; and information about the justice system, federal and provincial legislation and services, crime prevention, safety planning, and the protection orders registry. Serves BC and Yukon, 24/7, 365 days a year. Funded by Ministry of Attorney General (MAG).
