Resource navigators provide free, confidential, multilingual live call, text, webchat, and online service from 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays) year-round, strengthening vital connections by referring people in need to resources in their local communities. Free, self-serve, online Resource Directory can be accessed at bc.211.ca.
