Resource navigators strengthen vital connections by referring people in need to resources in their local communities, including food banks, income assistance programs, seniors services, legal resources, immigrant services, counselling, and shelter information. Also provides information through the Shelter and Street Help Line for Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley, and the Greater Victoria area. Language interpretation is available to callers in over 240 languages and dialects. Navigator hours are 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday; excluding holidays. Funded by Government of BC. Part of a network of 211 services across North America.

  Provides free, confidential, multilingual information and referral to community resources for people have experienced or witnessed racism in BC. Racist incidents may include acts of verbal or physical aggression, refusal of service, bullying, intimidation, or discrimination based on the colour of a person's skin and/or their ethnocultural background. Resource navigators have completed trauma response and cultural sensitivity training and are available to listen to experiences, provide information about local supports, direct callers on next steps based on comfort level, and refer to services that best match caller needs. Telephone assistance is available 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. For non-emergency support outside of operating hours, leave a message to receive a return call on the next business day. Funded and overseen by the Multiculturalism and Anti-Racism Branch of Ministry of Attorney General.

  Provides free, confidential, multilingual information and referral to people who are affected by homelessness in the Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley, and Greater Victoria areas. Covers a wide variety of services including shelters, food, and other services to address the wide range of circumstances that can result in homelessness. Also updates the Shelter List twice a day, with details about available shelter beds and mats for women, men, youth and families; the list is in the form of a searchable online map updated twice a day at around 11:30 am and 7:30 pm Monday to Friday. Telephone assistance, text messaging, and web chat (bc.211.ca/chat) are available from 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
