Low-barrier, year-round emergency shelter provides 30 beds for individuals of any gender ages 19 or older. Zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol on the property. There is a designated smoking area outside. Services include meals, showers, laundry facilities, and access to system navigation, health and wellness advocates, gender-based violence resources, health services, a foot care clinic, and OAT nurses. Beds are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to returning guests; once a guest has a bed, it is theirs until discharge. Curfew is at 9:30 pm. Small storage bins are available. Maximum stay is generally one year. Pets are not allowed. Wheelchair accessible. Self referral accepted. Funded by BC Housing.
