Zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol on the property, or intoxication while on the property. There is a designated smoking area outside. Services include meals, showers, laundry facilities, and access to system navigation, health and wellness advocates, gender-based violence resources, health services, a foot care clinic, and OAT nurses. Beds are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to returning guests; once a guest has a bed, it is theirs until discharge. Curfew is at 9 pm. Small storage lockers are available. Maximum stay is generally one year. Pets are not allowed. Not wheelchair accessible. Self referral accepted. Funded by BC Housing.

A self-directed, faith-based, semi-supported sober living program for up to 17 men. Offers one-on-one counselling, life skills training, job readiness skills services, and conflict resolution to help men to stabilize. A secondary program provides housing for up to two years for eligible men who are seeking further residential support. Residents have responsibilities in the house such as meal preparation and cleaning, and they attend support groups in the community; they may have part-time commitments with work, school, or volunteering in the community. Cost is $40 per day. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday; intake hours are 9:30 am to 2 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Recovery house is registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health.

Supports include advocacy, help obtaining identification, foot care, tax filing, spiritual care, and assistance with healthcare, employment, seniors' needs, housing, addiction and recovery, and mental health. Public health nurses offer drop-in IHA Street Nursing Services every Wednesday from 1 pm to 3 pm on a first-come, first-served basis, including STI, HIV, and Hepatitis C testing, immunizations and COVID-19 vaccinations, birth control, pregnancy testing, TB skin test inquiries, basic wound care, harm-reduction supplies, Take Home Naloxone Kits and training, opioid agonist treatment referrals, and connections to additional resources. Hours are 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 3 pm Monday to Friday.

Accepts donations of items in clean and in good condition at the back entrance loading dock from 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. No after-hours or weekend drop-offs accepted, and large donation items require prior approval from the store manager. Store hours are 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, and 10 am to 2 pm Saturdays.
