Provides same-day access to urgent and primary care to people living in West Kelowna. Offers patients access to a team of healthcare professionals to provide immediate care, and also ongoing care through referrals to a range of community services and supports. Deals with non-life threatening illnesses and injuries that should be addressed by a health care provider within 12 to 24 hours but do not require the level of service or expertise found in an emergency department. Appointment required for all services; call to book. Hours are 11:30 am to 8:30 pm, seven days a week.
