Free individual or group counselling for women who have experienced violence in relationships, sexual assault, or childhood abuse or violence. Serves women who are ages 19 or older, or those under 19 and leading an adult lifestyle, and is available to all women and trans persons regardless of ethnicity, religion, cultural background, or sexual orientation/identity. Counselling sessions are short term (usually eight to 10 sessions) and can be extended if needed; groups are offered throughout the year. Referral accepted from self or other.
