  A mobile outreach bus provides drop-in support and resources for youth and young adults (ages 12 to 23) who are marginalized and/or experiencing multiple barriers.

  A mobile outreach bus provides drop-in support and resources for youth and young adults (ages 12 to 23) who are marginalized and/or experiencing multiple barriers. Outreach workers offer one-on-one support, including early crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and access to basic needs such as food, clothing (including winter gear), blankets, harm reduction supplies (including Naloxone), sexual health resources, and hygiene products. The team also provides referrals, education on sexual health and substance use, and opportunities to strengthen community connections. Focus is on building relationships with youth in spaces where they gather such as in parks, convenience stores, skate parks, and schools. Operates in the Tri-Cities area after hours; office hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.

  Provides one-to-one support for youth (ages 12 to 23) facing multiple barriers, focusing on personal development, long-term goals, and well-being. Helps youth identify growth opportunities, navigate challenges, and connect with community resources using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. Support areas include mental health, relationships, life skills, substance use, peer pressure, school concerns, mentorship, and trauma. Also works to improve family relationships by fostering communication, conflict resolution, and connection to support services. Accepts referrals from self or other. Office hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funded in part by the Province of BC.

  Increases access to healthy, affordable meals for youth ages 12 to 23 and their families by delivering meal kits with fresh ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes, helping participants prepare nutritious meals at home.

  Increases access to healthy, affordable meals for youth ages 12 to 23 and their families by delivering meal kits with fresh ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes, helping participants prepare nutritious meals at home. Meal kit provides enough food to feed a family for one meal each week. Accepts referrals from School District 43 in Coquitlam; also accepts self-referrals when capacity permits. Serves Coquitlam. Also offers live, instructor-led cooking sessions at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre where youth can build practical skills, confidence, and food literacy in a supportive group setting. Registration through the Community Centre registration site.
