Provides a safe space where children, youth, and non-offending family or caregivers can receive the support they need to navigate criminal investigation or child protection processes, receive court preparation or accompaniment, seek appropriate counselling or therapy services, and/or other related services. An on-site child and youth advocate offers ongoing support and referrals to families. Appointments required. Offered in partnership with North Okanagan community agencies.

Provides free individual and group counselling for children and youth ages five to 18 who have been exposed to family violence.
Helps children and youth understand their emotions, discuss their trauma, develop a safety plan, recognize their strengths, increase their self-confidence, and understand that they are not responsible for the violence. Also provides individual and group support for the non-offending parent and caregivers. Program offered in Vernon and Armstrong, and serves Armstrong, Spallumcheen, Vernon, and surrounding areas. Office hours are 8:30 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday. Funded by Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).

Provides services to male and female adults, youth, and children who have been victims of family violence, sexual assault, child sexual abuse (recent or historical), and stalking.
Services include emotional support, safety planning, form completion assistance, court preparation and accompaniment, accompaniment to police or hospital, information and referral, and help with criminal injuries. Hospital- or community-based emergency Sexual Assault Services available to anyone ages 13 and up. Serves North Okanagan. Also offers third party reporting to adult victims of sexual assault; staff report the assault to police on behalf of the victim who remains anonymous. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funding provided by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).

Provides affordable housing, and pregnancy and parenting support services to female teens and young women ages 15 to 24 who are pregnant or parenting.
Services cover life skills training (including budgeting, nutrition, cooking, and shopping), parenting support and information, peer support, and recreational opportunities. The women also receive education on public health and family violence issues. Referral accepted from self or other. Intake interview will be arranged. Average stay is approximately one year. Funded by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).

One room can accommodate pets on a case-by-case basis. Funded by BC Housing.
