Conducts and manages commercial gaming in BC in accordance with the Gaming Control Act. Funds generated helps support healthcare, education, and community programs in BC. Offers information on how to play lottery games (https://lotto.bclc.com). Prize payout information is available online (https://corporate.bclc.com/customer-support/claim-a-prize.html). Also investigates complaints by people who think they should have won or were treated unfairly in some way; complaints can be made by calling customer service or by filling out the online email form. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm, and Customer Support/GameSense Advisors hours are 7 am to 12 midnight, seven days a week. Customer Support Live Chat is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
