Responsible for the funding of services for adults with developmental disabilities, and for adults with significant limitations in adaptive functioning and a diagnosis of fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD) or pervasive developmental disorder (PDD)/autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Provides family support, employment services, life-skills training, residential and community inclusion services through a network of service providers that includes nonprofit and private agencies, and individual caregivers. Professionals and independent contractors also deliver services such as behavioural support. Offices hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Provincial Crown corporation.
