  Provides services to self-identified women, including cis women, trans women, and two-spirit people. The drop-in centre offers advocacy, workshops, and crisis intervention to women of the Downtown Eastside, as well as free clothing, phone, showers (available until 4 pm daily), toilets, mail service, other basic necessities, and programmed activities. Offers dinner from 6 pm to 7 pm daily. Meals are served in to-go containers. Offers specialized services including mental health advocacy and victim services. Housing Outreach Team provides services to women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, in particular those who have experienced violence or are at risk of violence. Helps women access rental housing in the private market, through support services such as referrals to housing options, information on other housing subsidies, housing search assistance, and utility bill supplements. Funded as a Homeless Prevention Program (HPP) by BC Housing. Chinese Senior Programming, Indigenous Programming, Cultural Programming are provided weekly. Hours are 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm Monday to Sundayy; closed on income assistance payment days.

  Provides year-round, low-barrier, 24-hour emergency shelter in shared rooms for 57 homeless women (inclusive of cisgender and transgender women), non-binary, and Two-Spirit people in the Downtown Eastside.

  Provides year-round, low-barrier, 24-hour emergency shelter in shared rooms for 57 homeless women (inclusive of cisgender and transgender women), non-binary, and Two-Spirit people in the Downtown Eastside. Services include snacks, meals, showers, laundry facilities, personal hygiene products, first aid, and access to local calling. Also provides access to housing workers, peer navigators, and sexual assault response coordinators. Health-related services include access to bed rest except during room cleaning from 3 pm to 5 pm. Breakfast is served at 8 am, lunch at 12:30 pm, and dinner at 6 pm. First half hour of all meals is for shelter clients only, then additional community members are welcome. Snack is served at 9 pm; open to all women in the community while supplies last. Tea and coffee are served around the clock. Pets are allowed as long as they are leashed/caged and always with the owner. Lockers available. All guests must be wholly independent. Bed checks take place every four hours; women need to be present at 6 am, 10 am, 2 pm, 6 pm, 10 pm, and 2 am to keep their bed. Empty beds will be re-assigned to the next client on the waitlist. Women need to come in person to be added to the waitlist. Wheelchair accessible. Funded by BC Housing.

  Provides year-round, low-barrier, 24-hour emergency shelter beds for 32 women ages 19 and older on a first-come, first-served basis.

  Provides year-round, low-barrier, 24-hour emergency shelter beds for 32 women ages 19 and older on a first-come, first-served basis. Inclusive of cisgender and transgender women, as well as non-binary and Two-Spirit people. Services include showers, meals, and a sitting/living area with TV and a computer. Basic hygiene items and emergency clothing are provided. Bins and lockers are available for belongings, and individuals are able to store one suitcase and bag under the bed. Pets are allowed. Wheelchair accessible. Also provides a drop-in space for respite from the elements and food, if available, even when beds are not available.
