Community-based nonprofit supports individuals ages 18 and over, and youth accompanied by a guardian in Maple Ridge and Abbotsford, who are facing addiction, mental health challenges, homelessness, or poverty. Services include transitional housing, food security programs, and a doctor-led outpatient opioid agonist treatment (OAT) clinic offering methadone, suboxone, and stabilization support. General practice support is also available to clients of the OAT program. Also offers counselling services, including trauma-informed therapy, SMART recovery groups, grief and loss support, and mental health counselling tailored to individual needs. Staff speak English, Punjabi, Farsi, Ukrainian and French. Clients may qualify for subsidized support. Wheelchair accessible. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30 am to 3 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Open on statutory holidays. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
