Provides free services, public education, and advocacy to women and children who are healing from violence. Program support provides self-awareness, self-reliance, and self-esteem in a non-judgmental, safe, and welcoming atmosphere. Serves Nanaimo and surrounding area. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday; drop-in hours are from 1 pm to 3 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society, registered charity.

Offers assistance completing the Victim Impact Statement, and the application form for Crime Victim Assistance. Also offers third party reporting to victims of sexualized assault; staff report the assault to police on behalf of the victim who remains anonymous. Serves Cassidy, Cedar, Ladysmith, Lantzville, and Nanaimo. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funding provided by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).
