Provides housing alternatives and holistic support for people who have experienced homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use issues in the mid-Vancouver Island region. Offers a range of programs that include emergency shelter, assisted living, transitional housing, recovery programs, crisis stabilization, and rent subsidies. Also offers life skills, employment training, outreach services, and a drop-in hub. Operates supportive housing for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness; intake is through the BC Housing Supportive Housing registry. Also operates the Rising Hope Community Kitchen which offers affordable access to kitchen space and equipment. Head office hours are 9 am to 1:30 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
