Provides a variety of programs to build a resilient, healthy, and food-secure community.
Holds low-cost community dinners at 5 pm on Fridays, and by-donation music nights at 7:30 pm on Thursdays. Little Mountain Riley Park Neighbourhood Food Network (NFN) works with community members, businesses, and organizations on food initiatives. Riley Park Community Garden offers community members the opportunity to grow, harvest, and cook food, as well as gather for picnics, meals and potlucks; see www.rileyparkgarden.org for details. Neighbourly Together connects seniors ages 55 and up to resources and activities. Also offers a food asset map with information on community kitchens, free and low-cost meals, food distribution, seniors' discounts, and food delivery.

Free drop-in playgroups for families with children from birth to age six.
Offers the children safe and stimulating play experiences and healthy snacks. Parents and caregivers have the opportunity to connect with community resources and meet neighbourhood families. Held at Gray's Park Club House (Saint Catherines Street and 33rd Avenue) on Mondays and Wednesdays, and at Little Mountain Neighbourhood House on Fridays and Saturdays. Also offer school readiness programs for pre-Kindergarteners and their families at many of the local elementary schools.

Supports the healthy development of families through drop-ins, parent education workshops, support services, and other family-centred programs.
A Family Support Worker provides one-on-one support and referrals to parents who are facing life challenges; offered on a drop-in or appointment basis. Parent education programs include Mother Goose and Nobody's Perfect; Mother Goose is for parents with children from birth to age one and involves singing and playing. Nobody's Perfect workshops are for parents with children from birth to five years of age, and focus on the child's social and individual development. Provides individual counselling (for teens, adults, and seniors) and art therapy (for all age groups) by appointment. Also offers a Single Moms' Support Group from 6 pm to 8 pm Wednesdays, and a Fathers' Group from 6 pm to 7:30 pm Fridays; childminding is available.

Little Mountain Riley Park (LM-RP) Neighbourhood Food Network (NFN) is a grassroots network of community members, businesses, and organizations that ensures local residents have access to healthy food through programs such as the Riley Park Community Garden (RPG) and through the Yard Garden Harvest Project; offered in partnership with UBC Farm Practicum Program, with excess produce donated to the Food Hub Program.
Food grown is part of the weekly Food Distribution Program which includes delivery of food hampers on a quarterly basis and meals to seniors as well as grocery gift cards for families. The Riley Park Farmers Market Donation Station is a place where community members and farmers donate money and produce for the food distribution program on a monthly basis. The Community Fridge and Pantry provides a 24/7 accessible fridge, freezer, and pantry for local residents, offered in partnership with the Vancouver Community Fridge Project; located outside of Little Mountain Neighbourhood House. Fridge and freezer donations include cooked and home-cooked meals; excludes donations of unsealed or half-consumed food; mouldy or expired produce; raw or cooked fish and meat; food that has been recently recalled; food that poses known health risks (such as Salmonella); or alcohol. Also accepts non-food items including baby formula, pet food and supplies, individually wrapped eating utensils, sanitary/hygiene products such as personal protective equipment (PPE), and Naloxone kits; items must be unopened/unused. Food programs serve residents from Cambie Street to Knight Street and 16th Avenue to 49th Avenue. Office hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Free settlement services include orientation, information and referral to community services, basic employment services, Canadian culture and citizenship classes, financial literacy training, immigrant seniors support, parenting support programs, mentorship, and topical workshops; child care and bus tickets for low income families are available. Services provided in English, Arabic, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Tagalog. Also offers free Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes from beginner to intermediate levels. Programs funded in full or in part by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
