Supports the well-being of children, youth, and families, especially those who are vulnerable, through child and youth mental health and child protection intake and investigation services, including the integrated screening team. Also offers family support services, guardianship services, adoption, services for children and youth with support needs, and youth justice. Other services coordinated through central provincial offices include intake and screening; helplines and after-hours support; resources and referral; funding and benefits programs; and specialized treatment for disabilities, mental health issues, and substance use. Serves Surrey and White Rock. Office hours are 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
