Services include education, housing, social development programs, and cultural approach to justice support.

Serves victims of all types of crime, including those injured and bereaved by accused that are not identified or charged.
Provides emotional support, advocacy, court orientation and accompaniment, form completion assistance, liaison with justice system personnel, information about the criminal justice system and case progression, and referral to community services. Serves the Nass Valley, including Gitwinksihlkw (Canyon City), Laxgalts'ap (Greenville), Nass Camp, Gingolx (Kincolith), and Gitlaxt'aamiks (New Aiyansh). Administration hours are 8:30 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 5 pm Monday to Friday; on call after hours. Funding provided by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).

Yuuhlimk'askw Program provides culturally appropriate alternative justice solutions. Yuuhlimk'askw (a Nisga'a way of counselling, guiding, cautioning, and supporting community members), is a proactive approach which involves the community in exploring the underlying causes of problem behaviours. Aboriginal Justice Program assists in the monitoring of adults on supervision orders with BC's Corrections Branch. Also liaises between Nisga'a communities and the Canadian justice system, encourages the revival of traditional Nisga'a ways of resolving conflict, and ensures Nisga'a communities have access to relevant legal information and services. Serves the Nass Valley, including Gitwinksihlkw (Canyon City), Laxgalts’ap (Greenville), Gingolx (Kincolith), and Gitlaxt’aamiks (New Aiyansh).

Provides financial assistance for a portion of the downpayment required for the purchase of residential property for Nisga'a citizens living in Canada who do not reside on Nisga'a lands. Eligibility criteria require that the applicant be 19 years of age or older, employed, have an approved mortgage, not previously have owned their own property, and be planning to reside and use the property as principal residence. The maximum grant available is $25,000 per property. Serves the Nass Valley, including Gitwinksihlkw (Canyon City), Laxgalts'ap (Greenville), Gingolx (Kincolith), and Gitlaxt'aamiks (New Aiyansh).
