Provides services to women seeking safety from violence or abuse, and educates the community about the negative impacts of violence and abuse, and the positive impact of healthy relationships. Aim is to have a safe, violence-free society for women. Serves Fort Fraser, Fort St James, Fraser Lake, Vanderhoof, and Nadleh Whut'en, Saik'uz, Stellat'en, and surrounding communities. Office hours are 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday.

Safe house for women (with or without children) fleeing violence of any kind. Accepts transgender women. Male children are allowed up to age 18. Offers crisis counselling; assistance in accessing medical, legal, financial, and social aid; and education on the dynamics of family violence and alternatives. Personal identification (ID) is not required to access the house. Staffed 24-hours. Low-barrier, with no drug or alcohol use allowed on the property. Accepts individuals on substitution therapy. Wheelchair accessible; main floor bathroom has a tub. Can accommodate one pet in outside kennel. Serves Burns Lake, Fort Fraser, Fort St James, Fraser Lake, Vanderhoof, and surrounding communities. Funded by BC Housing.
