  Offers support for children and youth, who are between ages six and 19 with a developmental disability, and their families.

  Offers support for children and youth, who are between ages six and 19 with a developmental disability, and their families. Children referred under age six may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. The program aims to enhance quality of life through communication, sensory, integration, skill development, and positive behavioural strategies. A behavioural strategist will work with the candidate to implement and support behavioural plans and goals. Also offers educational workshops. Must be referred by the Ministry of Child and Family Development (MCFD).

Services include educational workshops on raising children with a disability, referrals, advocacy, and support groups. It's All About Connections is a monthly support group for parents of children with a developmental disability and extra support needs. Also offers The Ridge Meadows Autism Information and Support Group for parents with children who have been diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities; this meeting takes place the last Tuesday of every month.

  Family-centred program for children from birth to age three who have or are at risk of having a developmental delay.

  Family-centred program for children from birth to age three who have or are at risk of having a developmental delay. Supports parents to understand and respond to children’s needs. Home-based services include home visits, developmental assessment, gross motor screening, physiotherapy, infant massage, and referral to other community services. Also offers parent-child group programs and social events. Open referral. Funded by Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). The Aboriginal Infant Development Program (AIDP), offers Aboriginal children similar services, which are delivered in culturally sensitive and meaningful ways. Funded by the BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres and the MCFD.

  Assists families to find options for child care programs that best meet the needs of the individual and their family; child must be 12 years of age or under, have a developmental delay or a disability, and require extra support.

  Assists families to find options for child care programs that best meet the needs of the individual and their family; child must be 12 years of age or under, have a developmental delay or a disability, and require extra support. Services for youth between ages 13 and 19 will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Offers Youth Visions, an after-school program for youth ages 13 to 18 who have met eligibility requirements as assessed upon intake. Also offers the Aboriginal Supported Child Development Program (ASCD), to assist in finding appropriate cultural options for Aboriginal children and youth. Referral accepted from self or other.

Services include Pre-Employment Support, which aims to build confidence, skills, and work readiness through formal and informal training; Career Exploration and Employment Readiness can be done individually or in a group setting and internally or at a local school or college; one-on-one Job Search assistance including resume writing and interview practicing; Job Site Support helps with employment retention and additional training; Co-operative and Self Employment Support offers various employment opportunities.

  Provides housing options for individuals over 19 years of age with developmental disabilities, fetal alcohol syndrome, and autism.

  Provides housing options for individuals over 19 years of age with developmental disabilities, fetal alcohol syndrome, and autism. Home Sharing matches individuals a community member who has elected to share their home and will provide 24-hour residential support. Supported Living provides a support worker who visits clients at home or in the community and assist with daily activities such as budgeting, transportation, scheduling appointments, and meal preparation. Group Homes offers shared housing with 24-hour care for a small group of individuals who contribute to the maintenance and operation of the home, participate in community events, socialize with family and friends, and attend work or day programs. Cluster and Subsidized Housing are also offered in the Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows area. Referral from Community Living BC (CLBC) is required for all programs except subsidized housing, which accepts referrals from self or other.

  Provides respite services for families with members who have developmental disabilities, fetal alcohol syndrome, or autism.

  Provides respite services for families with members who have developmental disabilities, fetal alcohol syndrome, or autism. Service can be delivered in a caregiver's home, family's home, or in the community. Minimum and maximum respite care days will be determined on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for Adult Respite care the individual must be over the age of 19 and must be referred through Community Living BC (CLBC). Child and Youth Respite care candidates must be under 19 years of age and eligible for Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD)'s Children and Youth with Support Needs Program (CYSN); for those with alternate funding sources may apply directly.
