Provides community and residential services for children, youth, adults, and seniors with diverse abilities; includes those with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, medical complications, mental health issues, autism spectrum disorders, behavioural obstacles, or dementia. Operates drop-in centres, community-based programs, and home-based services. Most programs are CARF accredited. Serves the Metro Vancouver, Sunshine Coast, and Okanagan regions. Head office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society, registered charity.

Offers community-based recreation and social programs for adults ages 19 and over with acquired brain injuries living in Fraser Health area. Offers both drop-in and scheduled programs. The Community Leisure Program (CLP) provides individualized and group activities where members work towards their social, leisure, recreational, educational, vocational, and wellness goals. Staff assist members in utilizing their abilities and strengths to build self-confidence, and develop skills and independence. Individuals must be able to get to and from the centre themselves or with the support of a worker/caregiver. Hours are 11 am to 3 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Serves New Westminster and North Surrey.
