Provides home nursing and home care services to community members with disabilities or Elders.
Aim is to help individuals manage their own care, increase independence, and stay in their homes. Services include assessment, education, medical care, surgical care, counselling, medication management, wound care, support managing or preventing chronic disease, lunch preparation, and house cleaning.

Wellness Program offers free, confidential, one-to-one counselling to Stz'uminus members to improve coping skills. Hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Alcohol and Drug Program offers addiction support through one-on one, family, and/or group counselling. Also connects individuals with community resources, including detox, recovery homes, and treatment centres, and supports individuals to maintain sobriety after returning home from treatment. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, but worker is flexible. Funded as a National Native Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NNADAP) program.
