  Holistic treatment program with up to 10 beds for self-identified males above the age of 19 with substance addiction; incorporates Indigenous cultural and spiritual practices based on the medicine wheel (mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual healing) as part of the recovery process. Preference is given to those of self-identified Indigenous ancestry, though welcomes others who want to use Indigenous healing in their recovery. Clients must be self-sufficient in activities of daily living and be medically stable from detoxification. Accepts men accessing medication-assisted treatment prescriptions like methadone, suboxone and sublicade. The program integrates Western treatment and Indigenous healing practices by including a basic 12-step model of recovery, Indigenous culturally based programming, and aftercare planning for long-term sobriety. Serves traditional Indigenous food, offers daily smudging ceremonies, and provides for regular attendance at sweat lodge and other ceremonies. Additional support is available in areas of grief and loss, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), anxiety, depression, and non-substance use based addictions. Minimum stay is 60 days up to a maximum of 90 days; residents must not be employed during their residency. Comprehensive after-care planning is offered to ensure a successful transition to community living; includes second-stage housing as part of after-care. Family members, partners, and friends of residents can participate in free family support programs. Accepts referral from self or other (including referrals from urban Aboriginal organizations, First Nations communities, and health and social services agencies). Service may be available in Indigenous languages. Not wheelchair accessible. Fees are on a sliding scale depending on the client's ability to pay. Clients who have First Nations status may be covered under the First Nations Health Authority. Office and intake hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8 am to 12 noon Fridays.

  Residential program that offers a safe and supported living environment for self-identified men. Embodies a holistic trauma-informed approach to recovery that allows residents to discover more about themselves. Program includes varied modalities, including SMART Recovery, 12-steps and traditions, group therapy, one-on-one counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, accountability groups, and experience in community service within the program. LGBTQ inclusive. Also includes weekly outings, street outreach, and alternative healing modalities (art and music therapy, acupuncture, and yoga). Residents have access to support staff, trained clinical counsellors, and external professional therapy. Family members, partners, and friends have access to free support groups, workshops, and education groups to help with their own healing journey.   A holistic and wellness-based residential treatment program for men age 19 and over with substance addiction and compulsive behaviors. With an emphasis on clinical care, treatment modalities include evidence-based programs, and traditional 12-step principles. Therapy programs are coupled with wellness programs which focus on health and nutrition, acupuncture and meditation, music and art therapy, yoga, after-care planning, and financial literacy. Treatment plans include individual and group therapy sessions, access to fitness and wellness facilities, private rooms with double beds, and meals. Accepts clients on drug replacement therapies. Accepts referral from self or other. Rate is $13,500 per 30 days. Service may be available in Farsi, French, Punjabi, and Spanish, depending on staff availability.   Offers a safe living environment for men and women who have completed the addiction treatment program and are ready to reintegrate into the community where they can explore work, volunteering, and educational opportunities. Sober living homes are located throughout the Lower Mainland, Victoria, and Terrace. Each home is staffed by a live-in manager who ensures that residents are adhering to rules and following their individualized after-care plans. Residents must complete a comprehensive after-care plan in following up on vocational or educational opportunities, participate in one-on-one counselling sessions, and meet medical monitoring requirements. They are also required to attend a minimum of three 12-step based meetings per week, and participate in a weekly in-house meeting. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday, and from 8 am to 12 noon on Fridays.

Provides a safe haven where women are encouraged to flourish and achieve their maximum potential. The care team includes accredited therapists, and alcohol and drug counsellors; private counselling allows women to unpack past traumas and current issues and learn new coping skills. A personal case manager ensures that clients' requests are addressed and appointments are coordinated; case managers also provide general support and advocate for clients' needs, and connect with the families to provide updates on the clients' journeys. Programming includes a structured set of therapies, activities, and educational sessions designed to support individuals in their recovery. Therapeutic support includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices tailored to individual needs.   Offers a long-term residential program for men age 19 and over with substance addiction, provided in two stages. Stage 1 involves a 90-day residential program with no outside work or study. Supported recovery homes throughout Metro Vancouver provide second-stage programs for graduates of the first-stage treatment program (and those from other treatment facilities), while they reintegrate into the community. Stage 2 clients must attend recovery meetings in the community and participate in weekly in-house meetings, as well as complete a comprehensive after-care plan. Accepts clients on drug replacement therapies. Accepts referral from self or other. Funds a limited number of clients qualifying for social assistance or accessing the program through community health addiction counsellors. Self-pay clients are typically charged $11,500 per 30 days for a single room, and $9,000 per 30 days for a double room, with sliding scale fees available depending on individual financial circumstances. Service may be available in Farsi, French, Punjabi, and Spanish, depending on staff availability; no access to interpretation provided.
