Provides services to people who are at risk including those who have mental health and/or substance use issues, and those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Provides health care, social support, and emergency shelters, subsidized and supportive housing, and below market rental housing (apply directly to the building). Applications for subsidized housing is through BC Housing Registry. Applications for supportive housing, including for seniors and substance-free recovery housing, is through BC Housing Supportive Housing Registry or an Island Health team. Serves Langford, Saanich, and Victoria. Central office hours are 9 am to 4 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Nonprofit society, registered charity.

Provides primary health care for people living in the downtown core who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, have mental health challenges, and/or substance use issues. Patients must apply to have a primary health care provider and meet clinic criteria in order to be seen. Once registered, appointments can be booked by phone or in person from 9 am to 6 pm Mondays and Tuesdays, 9 am to 8 pm Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9 am to 3 pm Fridays, and 10 am to 2 pm Saturdays. Mobile Health Clinic provides trauma-informed health outreach services including primary care, wound care, COVID-19 assessments and testing, routine testing and contraception, STI treatment, mental health supports, and harm reduction services. Offered in partnership with TELUS Health for Good. Operates Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; schedule is available online. Pharmacy Dispensary provides affordable prescriptions and over-the-counter medications. Pharmacy hours are 9 am to 6 pm Mondays and Tuesdays, 9 am to 8 pm Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9 am to 3 pm Fridays, and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays.

Fixed or low income earners receive a 20% discount off rates recommended by the BC Dental Association. Serves those with multiple barriers in accessing dental treatment. Dental services include; examinations, x-rays, fillings, extractions, cleaning, polishing, fluoride treatment, root canal treatment, complete and partial dentures, and emergency care. All patients are seen on a drop-in basis, by lining up outside and waiting for names to be drawn by lottery at 8:30 am Tuesday to Friday. Provides meals, shower and laundry facilities, crisis counselling, training workshops, computer access, and referral to community services. Separate men's and women's sleeping spaces; a separate room may be available for transgender individuals on a case-by-case basis. Homeless Outreach Worker provides housing needs assessments as well as assistance obtaining identification and income assistance. Connects individuals to housing options by providing support with the application, move-in process, rent supplement applications, appointments and/or housing viewings, and liaison with landlords. Provides links to culturally appropriate services, as well as referrals to other support such as health care, counselling, and addiction recovery services. Overdose prevention site and inhalation tent provide a place where people who use drugs can be safely monitored and treated immediately if they overdose; drug use is not allowed on the premises. Offers storage for shopping carts and bicycles. Accepts pets. Intake is on a first-come, first-served basis; priority is given to new guests. Length of stay is typically 60 days. Pets not permitted, and no storage for carts. Low-barrier shelter, no alcohol or drug use permitted on the premises. Curfew is 2 am to 5 am daily; returning clients keep their bed if they have arrived by the 2 am curfew.
