Provides employment services to youth and adults ages 16 to 30. The drop-in resource centre provides access to printing, faxing, scanning, local job postings, and job search resources. Employment Counsellors assist with career exploration, resume and cover letter preparation, job search strategies, interview preparation, and a range of supports. Hours are 10 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Multicultural Food Skills Exchange offers cooking and nutrition workshops for community members. Kids in the Kitchen is drop-in parent-child cooking program for families with children up to age six. The Gardeners Hangout is a seasonal social group where members participate in gardening, share gardening tips and exchange seeds. Neighbourhood Pantry provides emergency food support to low-income individuals and families in the Hastings Sunrise area; by appointment only. Also offers annual, limited holiday food support for families who face barriers to food security; referral required.

Translation may be available for other languages depending on volunteer availability. Supports the mental health of seniors and provides outreach to isolated seniors. Activities include Wellness Deliveries, friendly visits and snow removal to seniors who are isolated and in need of more social connection and food security. Wellness Deliveries offer an occasional hot meal, helping hand with groceries, and/or a care package; program builds connections between seniors and younger generations through intergenerational wellness activities.
