Also provides information and referrals to services including housing, employment, education, and recreation. Also offers subsidized housing units for people able to live independently, application though BC Housing registry. Some market rate units also available. Serves the Capital Regional District. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society.

Activity-based psychosocial rehabilitation program offers a variety of workshops combined with one-to-one support for adults with a mental health diagnosis who want to move forward in their recovery. Group programming includes physical activity and recreation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and life skills training. Participants must be actively supported by a primary care provider for their mental health (physician or psychiatrist). Referral accepted from self or other. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
