Accredited and professional interpreters provide province-wide service in over 50 languages to both private and public sector organizations including lawyers, hearings, tribunals, community agencies, government departments, social workers, and medical professionals.
Interpreters provide assistance accessing services. Also offers interpretation to private individuals and entities for one-to-one interviews, group settings, and conferences. In most languages, service can be provided within two days. Also offers 24-hour Emergency Interpretation Services on site or by conference call. Fees are charged. Agencies must call to set up an account. Services are primarily available remotely by video conference or by phone. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday; telephone hours are 8 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Provides free community-based victim services programs to immigrants, refugees, visitors, and newcomers age 19 and older of any gender and background; serves victims of all crimes. Services include emotional support, advocacy, safety planning, assistance with child protection authorities, accompaniment to medical and/or criminal justice system services, liaison with crown counsel, information about the criminal justice system and court process, help preparing victim impact statements, form completion assistance, information on the status of police investigations and the status of court cases, information on peace bonds and restraining orders, help with applications for financial assistance, information and referral to other agencies and services such as counselling, transition houses, and support for children. Resources available to newcomers include: Conversation Circles to improve English communication skills; Youth Groups, Workshops and Activities to socialize with other newcomers; Workshops: Educational to learn about healthcare, social services, legal, educational, and housing systems; and Community Connections to learn recreational skills and connect with other newcomers. Newcomers who require more intensive support may receive Guided Pathways case management support. Services are available in over 20 languages including Arabic, Cantonese, French, Korean, Mandarin, Persian, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
