Provides community support services, information, referral, and advocacy for people of all ages with any disability, as well as for their families and caregivers. Services are offered by phone, email, and at the office by appointment only. Also provides residential services through the Community Housing and Inclusion Program, listed independently. Serves North Vancouver and West Vancouver, as well as Bowen Island and Lions Bay. Office hours are 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
