Supports low-income North Shore residents to bridge the gap in accessing resources such as housing, food, and basic needs. Navigators help clients identify needs and goals and assists in accessing community resources and supports from existing service providers. Also supports community members through the multitude of barriers that may arise when navigating systems. Provides active listening and encouragement, assistance with paperwork and applications, and follow-up to ensure clients are getting the help they need. Program is free for those residing on the North Shore; address not required. Meetings can take place in person, by video call, or by phone; no home visits.

Recreational and social programs for seniors age 55 and over.
Includes bus trips, special events, and in-house programs. Also offers Mind and Body Fitness for People with Dementia, an interactive program for people with early stage dementia; takes place Mondays from 1 pm to 3 pm at the John Braithwaite centre; registration required. The JBCC Bistro offers lunch between 11:45 am and 1 pm at the John Braithwaite centre for the price of $6 (includes coffee or tea); soups and sandwiches are served Wednesdays, and a full hot entree and dessert are served on Fridays.

Youth outreach workers based in Lynn Valley or Lonsdale make contact with youth ages 10 to 24.
Services include one-to-one support, life skills, drug and alcohol information, and opportunities to volunteer or participate in safe and healthy leisure activities. A dedicated preteen worker supports those aged 10 to 13 one-on-one and provides referrals and resource information. Open referral.
