  Provides free and confidential community-based victim services to female victims of physical or sexual assault, childhood sexual assault, stalking, harassment or interpersonal violence.

  Provides free and confidential community-based victim services to female victims of physical or sexual assault, childhood sexual assault, stalking, harassment or interpersonal violence. Services include emotional support, risk assessment, safety planning, court information and support through the justice system, court accompaniment, liaison with police and crown counsel, and information and referral to other agencies and services. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General.

  Transition house provides a safe refuge for self-identified women with or without children, who have experienced or are at risk of abuse; accepts children up to age 12 on a case-by-case basis.

  Transition house provides a safe refuge for self-identified women with or without children, who have experienced or are at risk of abuse; accepts children up to age 12 on a case-by-case basis. Services include onsite crisis counselling; parental, child, and family support; and referral and advocacy to other community services. Maximum stay is thirty days. Photo ID is requested, but not mandatory to come into the house. Wheelchair accessible. Accepts some pets when space is available.   Mobile van services provide harm reduction supplies, including safer injection, safer smoking, and safer sex supplies along with harm reduction education and referrals to health services, addictions services, and other social supports.

Also provides overdose prevention education as well as Naloxone, which can be used to reverse the effects of overdoses from opioids like fentanyl, heroin, methadone, morphine, and oxycodone. Offers safe disposal of needles and other injection supplies. Also offers hygiene items, snacks, and water.   Provides free individual and group counselling for children and youth ages five to 18 who have been exposed to family violence. Individual counselling sessions and age-specific group sessions will assist children and youth in finding healthy ways to cope with their emotions and understand that they are not responsible for the violence. Also provides individual and group support for the non-offending parent and caregivers. Offers community education and school presentations. Accepts referral from self or from other agencies.   Provides free trauma-informed and culturally safe support to adult, youth and childhood victims of a sexual assault and/or sexual abuse.

  Provides free trauma-informed and culturally safe support to adult, youth and childhood victims of a sexual assault and/or sexual abuse. Services include emotional support and counselling, advocacy, safety and wellness planning, accompaniment to medical and/or criminal justice system services, information about the criminal justice system and court process, and information and referral to other agencies and services. Also offers third party reporting for victims of sexual assault; staff report the assault to police on behalf of the victim, who remains anonymous. Serves Cawston, Hedley, Kaleden, Keremeos, Marron Valley, Naramata, Okanagan Falls, Oliver, Osoyoos, Peachland, Penticton, Princeton and Summerland. Youth may be homeless or at risk of homelessness, street involved, sexually assaulted and/or exploited, have mental health issues, addictions, escaping gang affiliation, or exploited and/or being harmed. Services include counselling, information and referral to community resources, advocacy, and crisis support.
