Services include friendly visiting, transportation to medical appointments, light housekeeping, and assisted grocery shopping. Fees are applied to housekeeping services based on income, with subsidized funding available to those who qualify. Provides free individual and group counselling for children and youth ages three to 18 who have been exposed to family violence, who are coping with major life changes or loss, or who are struggling with family separation or divorce.
Helps children and youth understand their emotions, discuss their trauma, develop a safety plan, recognize their strengths, increase their self-confidence, and understand that they are not responsible for the violence. Also provides support and resources to parents or caregivers by raising awareness about the impacts of violence on children. When possible, offers community education on the effects of exposure to abuse. Open referral. Serves Creston Valley. Funded by Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).

Services include safety planning, self-determination development, awareness of abuse cycles, and strategies to take back life and build empowerment. Participant-centered services help women work towards resolving the effects of abuse, including self-esteem confidence, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress, boundaries, coping skills, and overall health. Provides activities, support, and recreational and social opportunities for seniors ages 65 and up in the Creston Valley.
Offers physical activity programs, daily phone calls to seniors who may be socially isolated, educational and learning opportunities, assisted transportation for errands and shopping, and medical clinics that include education on foot care and wellness assessments. The Day Break Program provides low-cost meals for seniors; frozen meals are available for a fee. Seniors' Outreach Program offers information about resources for seniors, telephone peer support, elder abuse awareness workshops, and speakers and presentations by health care professionals. Offered in partnership with United Way BC (UWBC) Healthy Aging Program and funded by the Government of BC.
