Provides low-cost dental services; everyone in the Lower Mainland is welcome, but the focus is on serving Downtown Eastside residents, Indigenous people with status card, people on disability and income assistance, individuals on parole, refugees, and people with dental emergencies with or without dental coverage.
Services include dental exams, cancer screening, x-rays, prescriptions, dental fillings, and simple dental extractions. Services offered by appointment (once initial exam is completed) include cleanings, complicated extractions, major surgical treatments, and root canals. If the patient has coverage, they are asked to bring valid proof of ID such as a Status Card, Personal Health Number, insurance card, or parole number. If the patient doesn't have coverage, cost is based on an internal fee guide, which is lower than the Ministry fee guide (no exceptions or additional discounts). Hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday; by appointment only. Services offered by dental professionals who volunteer their time. Wheelchair accessible.

Aims to improve patients' holistic wellness, resilience, and sense of positive identity through connection to Indigenous culture, spirituality, and Elders and Knowledge Keepers; goal is to address the intergenerational effects of residential schools and colonialism.
Services include one-to-one counselling sessions with Indigenous Elders, group counselling, access to health care providers, access to Indigenous ceremonies (sweat lodge, burning ceremony, seasonal feasts), therapeutic listening, advocacy, and referrals to health and social services including detox centres, alcohol and drug counselling, and housing support. Cultural activities include seasonal ceremonies, making traditional medicine bundles, smudging and brushing, making tobacco ties, jewelry making, cedar weaving projects, holiday crafts, drum making, prayer and traditional songs, teachings of the traditional medicine wheel, group outings to seasonal and sweat lodge ceremonies, and eating traditional foods.

Provides health care services on a first-come, first-served basis for residents of the Downtown Eastside and urban Indigenous people.
Family physicians offer primary care medical services (except obstetrics). Nursing services are available seven days a week. Specialty services include psychiatry, mental health counselling, alcohol and drug counselling, diabetes education, and dietitian counselling. Provides opioid users with free Take Home Naloxone Kits (Narcan) that can be used to reverse the effects of overdoses from opioids like fentanyl, heroin, methadone, morphine, and oxycodone. Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) is also available. Also provides HIV education and treatment. Provides safer sex supplies, including condoms. Clients may or may not have medical coverage, and may be receiving income assistance; certain conditions may apply. Service is provided in English; no access to interpretation provided. Hours are 9 am to 12:30 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; 9 am to 12:30 pm and 1 pm to 8 pm Wednesdays; and 9 am to 3 pm Saturdays.

Offers holistic, trauma-informed "system navigation" supports to help the community feel safe physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Provides help with safety planning, applications, service referrals, traditional healing and ceremony, goal setting, MMIWG2S-related supports, and more. Drop-in hours are 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm Tuesdays. Appointments are available by request 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday. Meeting virtually or at other locations is also available by request. Provides five women and two-spirited individuals in the Downtown Eastside community with drop-in mobile primary care services.
Patients will have access to Elders, cultural support, traditional healing, and a social worker. Offers general healthcare services, as well as sexual and reproductive health care including pap smears, birth control, and sexually transmitted disease (STI) testing. Identification and care card are not required. Call for service times and dates; located outside the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre, Cosmopolitan Hotel, and Ravens Lodge.
