Provides counselling, family support, education, and volunteer engagement services to residents of North and West Vancouver. Most programs are available at no cost but fees for service may vary. Services are provided in Chinese, English, Farsi, Spanish, and Korean. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday; program hours vary. Nonprofit society, registered charity.

Parent-Child Mother Goose is a participatory group experience incorporating songs, rhymes, and stories to help parents connect and respond to their children's feelings and attempts to communicate. Rebuilding Relationships in Farsi is for Farsi-speaking men who want to eliminate their abusive behaviour in relationships. Rebuilding Relationships is open for all men who want to eliminate their abuse behaviour in relationships. All groups are free of charge but require pre-registration by emailing or calling intake.

Also provides support for family and friends caring for seniors on the North Shore. Services include weekly phone calls, friendly visits, and walking companionship by trained volunteers. Caregivers can attend online monthly support groups or an in-person group every two weeks at Parkgate Community Centre.
