  Provides victim services to victims (all ages and genders) of relationship violence, sexual assault, child abuse (sexual or physical), criminal harassment, elder abuse, and other forms of family violence.

  Provides victim services to victims (all ages and genders) of relationship violence, sexual assault, child abuse (sexual or physical), criminal harassment, elder abuse, and other forms of family violence. Services include emotional support, advocacy, accompaniment to police, court orientation and accompaniment, form completion assistance, and referrals to other resources. Victims may or may not have already reported the crime to the police. Offers third party reporting to adult victims of sexual assault; staff report the assault to police on behalf of the victim who remains anonymous. Also offers safety program for individuals at high risk of relationship violence, including cell phones programmed to dial emergency services, safety planning, and heightened police awareness of the abuser; accepts referrals from all service providers. Program offered in partnership with ADT Security Services Canada, Langley RCMP, and local community organizations. Accepts cell phone donations. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday; evening appointments are available on request. Funding provided by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).

  Provides safe, secure, temporary shelter and support for women (including transgender women) with or without children, who are leaving violent relationships or are at-risk of abuse, threats, or violence.

  Provides safe, secure, temporary shelter and support for women (including transgender women) with or without children, who are leaving violent relationships or are at-risk of abuse, threats, or violence. Accepts male children up to and including age 19; adult male children with disabilities and who are dependents are allowed. Also accepts women who have been victims of human trafficking, refugees and refugee claimants, as well as women from out of province. Length of stay is 30 to 45 days. Medium-barrier house; no substance use on premises. Gives women a safe and supportive living environment with access to daily living requirements such as clothing, toiletries, and nutritious meals. Also provides transportation, accompaniment, and advocacy support, as well as assists clients in accessing financial assistance, legal aid, and affordable housing. Offers resource information to enable women to explore their options and define their goals as well as assist with the development of safety plans. Copy of personal identification (ID) is required. Not wheelchair accessible. Cannot accommodate pets, but will arrange for temporary accommodation with community partner or sister house. Funded by BC Housing.

  Offers free counselling to female survivors of family violence, sexual assault, or historical abuse of any kind.

  Offers free counselling to female survivors of family violence, sexual assault, or historical abuse of any kind. Short-term/crisis counselling focuses on safety planning and emotional stabilization for women still living with an abusive partner or who may have been recently assaulted. Long-term individual counselling (up to 24 session) focuses on providing information to women about abuse/violence and helping them to regain a sense of safety and control in their lives; there is a waitlist for long-term counselling. Also offers various psycho-educational groups throughout the year. Serves residents of Aldergrove, Cloverdale, Langley, and Fort Langley. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday; counselling appointments can also be made for late afternoon and early evenings. Funded by Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).
