Provides furnished studio units for men ages 19 and older who have recently completed a bed-based treatment program, are homeless or precariously housed, and are eligible for a BC Housing subsidy.
Provides furnished studio units for men ages 19 and older who have recently completed a bed-based treatment program, are homeless or precariously housed, and are eligible for a BC Housing subsidy. Residents work to develop personalized recovery plans that guide their journey toward stability and independence. Residents must be able to manage activities of daily living (ADLs) such as cooking, cleaning, self-care, medication management, laundry, hygiene, grocery shopping, and paying monthly expenses. Client-focused, inclusive support services include transportation for weekly grocery shopping, recovery community meetings, clinical counselling, grief and loss support, parenting support, onsite medical and mental health services, and connections to community resources. Length of stay is 18 months. Referral accepted from self or other. Fees are charged at a fixed rate of $500 per month or 30% of monthly income. Wheelchair accessible. Partially funded by Fraser Health

A 10-week Intensive Residential Treatment (IRT) Program for with 62 beds for men (cisgender and transgender) ages 19 and over who are seeking to break the cycle of substance use and build a strong foundation for long term recovery. Provides a structured therapeutic environment and incorporates holistic, biopsychosocial, and 12-step approaches. Services include group therapy, individual counselling, and psychoeducational sessions on topics such as self-esteem, co-dependency, emotion management, and relapse prevention. Accepts men on substitution therapy. Wheelchair accessible. Fee is $70 per day or $5040 for 72 days. Referrals are accepted from service providers, including addictions counsellors, mental health clinicians, outreach workers, and community support workers, and must be submitted through Central Access. Mobility can be accommodated. Smoking permitted.

Referrals are accepted from service providers, including addictions counsellors, mental health clinicians, outreach workers, and community support workers, and must be submitted through Central Access. The Moms and Tots Program supports up to six women who are seeking recovery while caring for their young children and is designed for mothers who wish to strengthen their recovery and become stable, healthy members of their families and communities. Open referral. Both programs offer a structured therapeutic environment and incorporate holistic, biopsychosocial, and 12-step approaches. Program services include screening and assessment, individual and group counselling, trauma-informed counselling support, individualized treatment planning, relapse prevention, life management and life skills development, an on-site gym, meditation, yoga, and art therapy. A licensed on-site childcare centre accommodates up to eight children from infancy to five years of age. Mobility can be accommodated. Smoking is permitted. Accepts women on methadone maintenance. Funded by Fraser Health.
