Provides supportive housing for people who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or are marginally housed; application through BC Housing Supportive Housing Registration Service. Serves Vancouver (primarily the Downtown Eastside) and Victoria. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society, registered charity.

Also provides holistic programming seven days a week including yoga, mindfulness meditation, art therapy, creative writing, as well as traditional addiction programs (AA, NA, SMART Recovery). Provides year-round, low-barrier, overnight emergency housing for 60 homeless adults age 25 and over from 7 pm to 9 am; shelter for individuals of all genders, with a separate space for self-identified women.

Provides year-round, low-barrier, overnight emergency housing for 60 homeless adults age 25 and over from 7 pm to 9 am; shelter for individuals of all genders, with a separate space for self-identified women. Services include advocacy, information and referral, outreach, and by-donation clothing available from 7 pm to 12 midnight. Other services include social worker, mental health, and outreach workers help residents find longer-term, more stable housing, or to obtain social assistance or medical supports. Provides breakfast for residents from 6 am to 8 am and dinner at 7pm to 10 pm seven days a week. Health services include medication storage, home nursing onsite (must be a Downtown Community Health Centre client or not connected with any other clinic) with oxygen tanks permitted. Storage locker space for belongings is available. Pets are allowed. Priority is given to returning guests; returning clients must show up before 10 pm to keep a bed. Aims to prevent the transmission of HIV and other infections with a particular focus on intravenous drug users and sex trade workers. Provides harm reduction supplies, along with harm reduction education and referrals to health services, addictions services, and other social supports. Needle exchange services throughout Vancouver include distribution of clean needles, sterile water, and alcohol wipes; disposal of used needles; and health information to encourage safer injection practices. Also offers a warming space with additonal capacity between November and March when weather is below -4 degrees and the site is activated.
