A mental health assisted living program for five adults ages 19 and over. Psychosocial supports help individuals to build skills to live with an optimal level of independence. Residents must not require 24-hour supervision, not have current drug or alcohol issues, and and not pose a threat to the health and safety of others. Referrals are through Fraser Health's bed-based central service referral team.

Two community living residences provide fully staffed, 24-hour daily care for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities, and complex care needs.
Mundy Residence houses five individuals in Coquitlam. Gilly Residence houses four individuals in Burnaby. Both offer both private and shared space for individuals. Goal is for residents to live full, meaningful lives through person-centered planning and community integration. Referral required from Community Living BC (CLBC).

Fraserdale Long Stay Program is an assisted living program staffed 24-hours for ten adults age 19 and older with mental health challenges to maintain an optimal level of independence for up to 18 months. Also offers medication services and psychosocial supports. Individuals must not require 24-hour licensed services for persons living with complex care needs, not have current drug or alcohol issues, and not demonstrate the likelihood of violent or aggressive behavior. A HART referral must be submitted by a case manager to Fraser Health's bed-based central service referral team. Registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health.

Families can be two-parent families or single parents (men or women and their children); no single men. Includes meals and emergency clothing. Helps children and youth understand their emotions, discuss their trauma, develop a safety plan, recognize their strengths, increase their self-confidence, and understand that they are not responsible for the violence. Also provides individual and group support for the non-offending parent and caregivers. Services may include individual counselling, a children's support group, education, and consultation. Counselling services are offered on a weekly and bi-weekly basis. Participants are also eligible for the PEACE (CWWA) Camping Program to engage in fun, social activities where they practice interpersonal skills. Serves New Westminster. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).
