  Provides rehabilitation services to adults who have sustained a brain injury. Uses an interdisciplinary approach in consultation with clients and their families; aims to develop each individual's physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities. Inpatient services are provided regionally but outpatient services are primarily available for residents within the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority service area or when complex rehabilitation is not available in the community. Rehabilitation is goal-based and focused on transitioning back into the community; including assessment, individualized treatment, education, and referral to the community. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.

  Tertiary rehabilitation services for young people aged 12 to 19 diagnosed with a complex physical disability and/or cognitive disability from acquired or congenital conditions. The interdisciplinary team offers time-limited and goal-driven rehabilitation for BC and Yukon residents who need specialized services that are not available closer to home. Offered at various locations. The Adolescent Complex Concussion Clinic (ACCC) offers screening and treatment for school-aged youth who are slow to recover from a complex concussion.

  Provides adult concussion services to individuals ages 18 and up with a diagnosis of concussion or mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) less than one year ago; clients must live within the Vancouver Coastal Health area of service.

  Provides adult concussion services to individuals ages 18 and up with a diagnosis of concussion or mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) less than one year ago; clients must live within the Vancouver Coastal Health area of service. Offers a Group Education Session that provides education about concussion, concussion recovery, and self-management strategies. Referral required from a physician or nurse practitioner using the online referral form. Clients who have attended the group education session and are experiencing persistent concussion symptoms may be referred to the Rehabilitation Program. Provides time-limited concussion treatment emphasizing self-management. Referral form is provided to the primary care provider following client's attendance at the Group Education Session. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Call to confirm group session hours.

  Provides highly specialized care and rehabilitation for people with spinal cord injuries.

  Provides highly specialized care and rehabilitation for people with spinal cord injuries. This includes traumatic and non-traumatic spinal cord injuries, as well as spina bifida (adults) in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. Interdisciplinary team consists of professionals in physiatry, nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, recreation therapy, and social work. The program also has access to centralized services within psychology, vocational counselling, dietetics, sexual health, orthotics, assistive technology, seating services, and addiction services. Offers individualized, goal-focused treatment programs, education sessions, interdisciplinary team reviews, and Telehealth, as well as consultation with community care providers.
