Delivers a continuum of programs and services that provides assistance with housing, life skills, employment, education, advocacy, and community-based services, with the goal of helping individuals to achieve greater independence, and meet their self-determined needs and goals. Offers support to people with complex needs facing multiple barriers, including those who may be impacted by the criminal justice system; experiencing chronic homelessness, employment barriers, problematic substance use, or mental health challenges; and/or have developmental disabilities or spectrum disorders. Also operates BC Housing-funded subsidized units for singles, couples, and families with low to moderate incomes; intake is through the BC Housing Registry. Serves Fraser Valley, Kelowna, the Lower Mainland, Northern BC, and Vancouver Island as well as the Yukon. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday, and 9 am to 12 noon on Fridays.
